Order processing
After you have clicked “Submit My Order”, your order begins to process, our system is designed to begin the fulfillment process and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
Your products will be shipped once your address is verified and the payment is processed.
All order usually ship within 1-3 business days.
These packages usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
Shipping
Depending on the products(s) and delivery location, various shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
Currently, shipping is limited to the 50 Contiguous United States. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.

Free Shipping
At times we offer free shipping on items, when you see free shipping next to one of our products shipping will not be calculated at checkout.

Order status and tracking
It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped the carrier USPS or UPS may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Orders maybe delivered by one of several different carriers. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of products you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your products(s). USPS orders will not offer the ability to track a package.
Order updates
- E-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order. After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Shipment Confirmation(s). This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the products you selected, or if you ordered multiple products and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, product selected, and your shipping location.

- Out of Stock. We do our very best to keep our product inventory up to the minute, but in the rare case that a product is not available to ship we will not charge your credit card and the status of the product will be out of stock.
- If you have multiple products on an order with an out of stock product the order status will be partially fulfilled once the other products ship. We do not have back orders on any products.
- You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

Returns & warranties
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless it says otherwise on product page in Return Policy tab. Products must be returned in the same condition in original with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Returns do not include shipping, handling or other charges. Many of the products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer’s warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.
